Kevin and Sala Sander:

Pardon my delinquency, I shall now reply to the coconut wireless. If you
could insert this in the website, I would appreciate it.

Sala and I are doing well. Sala is now 20 weeks pregnant, so we are
expecting a new addition in March. So far the pregnancy has been trouble
free.

Fiji is also well. The economy is surviving on a good sugar crop and
increased tourist arrivals. Suva has stalled in the development of new
buildings, but he managed to fill all the existing ones. Plans are on for
a big millenium celebration.

The company continues to take most of my time. In January we started
Remington, an office equipment division of the FT Wimble company I have
worked for since leaving Peace Corps. So now we sell photocopiers, fax
machines, multimedia projectors, etc. Last month we started an information
services division, selling computers and printers and accounting software.
It has done very well so far. I am looking forward to February when the
two Suva branches move into one office, as right now I spend half my day in
Walu Bay and half in Vatuwaqa (other side of town).

We are opening an office in Labasa in November- back to my roots. I am
excited, as I have not been back since February this year. We've got a
place between the post office and Mh.

I also continue to plug away at the Mba. Given the new direction, I am now
focusing on information technology. I am now on the 4 year track, as work
commitments have made studies very difficult.

We don't have any major plans for the New Year, but are planning a big
Thanksgiving dinner. As always, visitors are more than welcome.
