Hello Everyone! We hope everyone is well. We appreciate the e-mails and
such that get circulated around that keep us informed of your lives and of
news in Fiji, Thanks to Eric for the web pages and a big thanks to Bert for
taking the time to put together this OCW that keeps us connected. We are
doing well. The biggest news is that on October 10, 1998, we were blessed
with the arrival of our son Evan Pangan Petrosky. (Pangan is Patti's maiden
name - it's a Philippine tradition). He was 9 pounds, 3 ounces and 20 inches.
It was a most incredible experience. We've sent a photo of him at nearly 6
months. We are enjoying life completely and cherishing every moment (Fiji
Style ... ). We have a Petrosky family day off every week since we don't
work on Thursdays. We would reconnnend it highly! We continue to work in
the same places since we returned from Fiji. Patti is in a large private
pediatric group of thirteen physicians called Holyoke Pediatric Associates
in Holyoke, Massachusetts and Greg is working in two places doing child and
family psychology - a large non-profit organization called Child Guidance
Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts and a small private group in Longmeadow,
Massachusetts. We continue to learn and be challenged and are happy with our
jobs. We've taken a couple of trips so far this year with Evan, one to
Cleveland and one to Virginia and we are on our way to Salt Lake City, Utah
and Jackson, Wyoming for some sightseeing! We are looking forward to it.
He's been a pretty good traveler and lucky for us, lots of the other
passengers on the plane entertain him. It will be a little more challenging
this trip since he has started to crawl and walk holding on to furniture.
We have heard how much harder it is to keep them in a seat when they have
learned to move! We'll see, Please know you are all welcome to our home in
Massachusetts if you are ever in the area.
